Océ copy machines to support lead generation management Vit2Print at Ipex - 01/06/2010

After lead generation far exceeded expectations, Vit2Print ran out of visitor registration sheets after only 2 days. Fortunately, we received help from our neighbouring stand Océ. The copy machine manufacturer supported us by copying our visitor registration sheets on the equipment showcased at their booth. As this feature story suggests, Vit2Print reports a successful event.

Lead generation exceeds expectations

"Ipex has been the best exhibition since the launch of our Vit2Print software suite back in 1999. It has exceeded our expectations in terms of lead generation - we've more then doubled our visitor figure rates from drupa 2008. We truly believe the market regained its strength and resides on a positive vibe nowadays. Tropical weather can't keep visitors away from the NEC

Despite the high temperatures in Birmingham during Ipex, visitors did enter the exhibition halls. Most of them knew rather good what they were looking for. We noticed a lot of visitor were looking for workflow software that can prove its claim to have a high ROI. This is what we offer via our modular web-based online collaboration suite. Collaborating online on the production of jobs results in a substantial decrease in prepress time and a shorter time to market.

Launch of two new online collaboration software applications

Ipex acted as a platform to launch new online collaboration tools that reside within the Vit2Print software suite. Visitors who saw the new applications immediately described the advantages of collaborating online themselves. At our stand we overheard the following phrase from one colleague to an other: "With CataVit - an online collaboration tool, to interactively cooperate on the production of catalogues (or other booklets) - I have to put fewer prepress employees on catalogue jobs and as a consequence time to market the products is decreased. While ProjectVit - an online campaign and project manager - allows to more easily set-up and manage entire marketing campaigns and projects. This would be beneficial for us as well as for our customers."

Vit2Print to enter the UK market

One of our goals at Ipex was to break open the UK market. With the amount of leads generated from the UK, we truly believe we will succeed in this goal because we can provide tailored solutions that fit the needs of the UK market.
