Database publishing with Vit2Print: DataVit

The DataVit module allows to make connections to external database. Due to the plug-in technology, the external files are linked to DataVit. After this one-shot operation, you can manage your database in a userfriendly web interface. The databases are not restricted to textual data. Images can also be in the database. Finally, we want to stress that the database connections to DataVit are not limited to MySQL databases. Other databases that can be connected and managed in DataVit are e.g. Excel, SQL server and Oracle.

In combination with our PuzzleVit module, the power of database publishing becomes clearly visible. By taking the data from the database and "drag&drop" them around on a template, you quickly create ready-for-print PDF documents.
